What is MBSR?

MBSR is a comprehensive mindfulness training that has been proven to be effective in reducing stress and increasing well-being. Mindfulness is a particular way of paying attention, focused on the present moment, that allows to break habitual cycles of emotional reactivity that create stress and anxiety. Mindfulness helps relate to ourselves in a new way to interrupt these cycles creating more choice and happiness in life.

In this course you will learn:
• to improve your ability to deal with stressful situations
• to use your breath and your body as a way to be in contact with the present moment
• to explore your own cycles of reactivity in a safe environment
• to face moments of change and difficulty with greater ease and confidence
