Sara Parenti Yin Yoga
Sara has been practicing Ashtanga yoga for about seven years, alongside her passion for trail running. Ashtanga was her first love — dynamic, challenging, and grounding — until she encountered Yin Yoga. At first, Yin wasn’t an instant spark but more like a slow-burning candle, gradually filling her practice with love and kindness. This strengthens her believe that sometimes love isn’t an explosion at first sight, but something that grows steadily over time. Through this practice, Sara has learned the importance of being gentle with the body, creating space for stillness, and noticing the subtle sensations that arise when we pause. In a world that moves so fast, Yin offers her (and you as her student) a sanctuary to release both physical and mental tension, reconnect with the present, and cultivate a softer kind of strength. Sara also gives Ayurvedic Massage at the studio.
Sara teaches Yin Yoga on Tuesdays at 19.15 and Sundays at 19
