Buddhist Triyana Meditation weekends with Lama Chimey
Triyana Meditation: is built upon all the three yanas of Buddhism; Theravada, Mahayana & Vajrayana practices. This approach presents a complete step-by-step meditation path, as different techniques develop different results and build upon each other in sequence.
The Teacher: Lama Chimey is a Swedish-American Buddhist Priest, Dharma & Meditation Teacher from the Tibetan Buddhist Vajrayana tradition with a M.A in Performing Arts. She is the founder of two Teacher Trainings, CM – Conscious Movement™ and T.M.I.C.P ™, the Triyana Meditation Instructor Certification Program. Lama Chimey was trained as a Buddhist nun for twelve years by masters in the Himalayas and North America.

During these three weekends you have the opportunity to dive into some of the methods that are represented in the Meditation Instructor Training T.M.I.C.P. Feel free to attend all or any of these weekends in accord with what resonates with you.
Weekend 1: The white level of S.T.A.B.I.L.I.T.Y takes you through the foundational training of Buddhist Meditation, including Shamatha (Shinay) Inner Stillness and Vipassana (Lhaktong) Insight Meditation. The meditation practices are supported by their respective philosophical aspects for a better understanding of why we do them so that you can get a more profound experience of the path.
Weekend 2: The red level of V.I.C.T.O.R.Y. will give you a hands-on heart-centered approach of methods such as Metta (Loving Kindness) and Anapanasati (Mindfulness of Breathing) that will take you deeper into your heart space. The meditations are supported by their respective philosophical aspects for better understanding and deepening of the path.
Weekend 3: The blue level of M.A.S.T.E.R.Y. offers engagement in how to blend your formal meditation practice with everyday life so that you can embody your practice at all times. We will enter the concept of Anatta (no-self, no other) and apply appropriate meditation and visualization techniques to support this sacred view, along with the practice of Namkha Nidra (Skylike Yogic Sleep) developed by Lama Chimey.
