A Day of Inquiry — Meditation in Practice with Markus Atmananda, Sunday May 24
Guided Inquiry in Pairs 11:30 — 13:00 A structured practice where two people sit face to face and take turns asking and responding to a guided inquiry into the present moment. Both roles are a practice in presence. Markus guides the process and is there throughout to support you. A direct way to look beyond the familiar ideas we have about ourselves.
Satsang 16:00 — 17:30 A gathering for meditation, reflection, and open conversation. A space to ask questions and to explore what it means to be present in everyday life.
Markus Atmananda shares from over 27 years of meditation experience, including time as a monk in India, and draws on contemplative traditions and non-duality.
