Yinyoga which has its origins in Chinese medicine, is a calm and restorative form of yoga where the positions are held for a longer period of time, often several minutes. By relaxing the muscles and allowing the connective tissue to soften, tension is released and energy flows more easily. The practice provides deep rest, increased mobility and peace of mind. Yin yoga works well as a complement to other more physical training (such as yoga, running, etc.)

Under hösten och vintern har vi öppna klasser i yinyoga. Det blir också fyra tillfällen med lite längre och mer riktade workshops. Inga förkunskaper krävs för varken klasser eller workshops.
