A gathering for meditation, shared reflection, and open conversation about life and how to be present with what is.


Saturday April 18
Active Meditation – Osho Kundalini
  11:30 — 13:00 (in person only) 
A practice of movement, shaking, and stillness. A direct way to release accumulated tension and settle into calm.

Evening Satsang 17:00 — 18:30
Direct guidance and open Q&A with Markus Atmananda on how to be present in everyday life.


Sunday April 19
Guided Self-Inquiry Meditation 11:30 — 13:00
A guided practice of self-inquiry. Rather than following thoughts, attention is turned back toward the one who is aware. Simple, direct, and open.

Guided Meditation & Singing Bowl Concert 17:00 — 18:00
A meditation focused on deep listening, with live singing bowls by Julia Åkesson. Potluck (knytis) afterwards – bring something to share.

  • If you are traveling here to join these sessions, you need to arrange your own accommodation and meals.
  • Even though the doors are open for you to join any session it does not mean that you can come and go during the sessions. Please respect this.
  • You have to sign up in advance for the sessions because there is limited space.
  • There are meditation pillows at Ashtanga Yoga Shala that you can borrow.
