Emi, Hatha Yoga
Emi has practiced yoga for 10 years. She has explored many styles of yoga, started from ashtanga then hatha, yin, power. In 2021, she finished her teacher training for Hatha in Japan and began her journey on teaching. In Emi’s class, you will find a balance of energy and peace. She likes to mix yin and yang, combining active movement with calm stillness, wisdom of east and west.
