Hatha Yoga is the foundation of most traditional yoga forms. The word hatha means “sun and moon” and refers to the balance between the body’s different energies. The practice includes physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation, creating a whole where body, breath and mind work together. Through regular practice, strength, flexibility and presence develop – while you gain tools for recovery and inner peace. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
